1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Little Lake Lending USA website (littlelakelendingusa.com) or applying for a loan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Layma, LLC dba Little Lake Lending USA, a wholly-owned enterprise of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria, a federally-recognized sovereign American Indian tribe.
2. Eligibility
To apply for a loan, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Be a resident of a state in which Little Lake Lending USA operates
- Have a valid Social Security Number (SSN)
- Have an active checking account with a valid routing number
- Have a verifiable source of regular income
3. Loan Products and Terms
Little Lake Lending USA offers short-term personal installment loans up to $5,000. Loan terms, including APR, repayment schedule, and total cost of borrowing, will be disclosed in your individual Loan Agreement prior to signing. All loan terms are subject to approval based on creditworthiness and other eligibility factors.
These loans are designed for short-term financial needs only. They are not intended as a long-term financial solution. Before applying, carefully consider whether borrowing is appropriate for your financial situation.
4. Loan Agreement
Upon approval of your loan application, you will receive a Loan Agreement that details all terms and conditions of your loan, including the principal amount, APR, finance charges, repayment schedule, and total repayment amount. You are not obligated to accept the loan until you have reviewed and e-signed the Loan Agreement.
Once you e-sign your Loan Agreement, it becomes a legally binding contract governed by the laws of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians and applicable federal law.
5. Prepayment
You may prepay all or any portion of your outstanding loan balance at any time, for any reason, without incurring any prepayment penalty or fee. We actively encourage responsible early repayment.
6. Real-Time Funding
Little Lake Lending USA offers Real-Time Funding to eligible approved borrowers at no additional charge. While we initiate disbursement immediately upon loan execution, the time for funds to appear in your bank account may vary based on your financial institution's processing times. Little Lake Lending USA is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or financial institution.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not: use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Layma, LLC dba Little Lake Lending USA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Lake Lending USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians and applicable federal law. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribal Court of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians for any disputes arising under these Terms or your Loan Agreement. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
