Important: Little Lake Lending USA loans are short-term personal loans designed to meet short-term borrowing needs only. They are not intended as a long-term financial solution. Please read all disclosures carefully before applying.

1. Tribal Lending Notice

Layma, LLC dba Little Lake Lending USA is a wholly-owned enterprise of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria ("Tribe"), a federally-recognized sovereign American Indian tribe. Little Lake Lending USA operates under Tribal law and is subject to applicable federal law. Little Lake Lending USA is not subject to state lending laws, including state interest rate caps or state consumer protection laws.

By applying for a loan with Little Lake Lending USA, you acknowledge that your loan will be governed by Tribal law and applicable federal law, and that you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribal Court of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians for any disputes arising from your loan.

2. Loan Cost Disclosure

Loans offered by Little Lake Lending USA carry a high Annual Percentage Rate (APR). The APR for your specific loan will be disclosed in your Loan Agreement prior to signing. The cost of borrowing depends on the loan amount, loan term, and your individual APR.

Example for illustration only: A $1,000 loan with a 12-month term at a representative APR of 299% would result in 12 monthly payments of approximately $250. Total repayment would be approximately $3,000, of which $2,000 represents interest charges. Actual terms will vary based on your individual application.

The APR for your loan will be clearly disclosed before you sign your Loan Agreement. You are never obligated to accept a loan offer.

3. Prepayment Disclosure

There is no prepayment penalty for paying off your loan early. You may pay all or part of your outstanding balance at any time. Early repayment reduces the total interest you pay. We actively encourage responsible early repayment.

4. Real-Time Funding Disclosure

Real-Time Funding is available at no additional charge to eligible approved borrowers. While Little Lake Lending USA initiates disbursement immediately upon loan execution, funds may not appear in your account immediately. The timing of fund availability depends on your bank or financial institution's policies and processing systems. Little Lake Lending USA makes no guarantee as to the exact time funds will be available in your account.

5. State Availability

Little Lake Lending USA does not offer loans in all states. We currently do not lend to residents of the following states:

6. Credit Reporting

Little Lake Lending USA may report your account information to one or more consumer reporting agencies. On-time payments may positively affect your credit history. Late payments, missed payments, or defaults may negatively affect your credit history.

7. Collection Practices

If you fail to make payments as agreed, Little Lake Lending USA may contact you by phone, email, or mail regarding your account. We comply with applicable Tribal and federal laws regarding debt collection practices. If your account is seriously delinquent, it may be referred to a third-party collection agency.

8. Big Fish Rewards Disclosure

The Big Fish Rewards program allows eligible borrowers to earn points for on-time payments and account activity. Points may be redeemed for gift cards or principal reduction, subject to program terms and availability. The Big Fish Rewards program is offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Privacy and Data Use

By applying for a loan, you authorize Little Lake Lending USA to obtain consumer reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies. You also authorize us to verify your employment, income, and bank account information. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
